What Athletes Can Expect
This camp is designed to help athletes understand how to actually get faster — not just run drills.
Athletes will be coached on acceleration, sprint mechanics, and body control so they can move more efficiently and with purpose. Every drill is explained, corrected, and applied so athletes know exactly what they are doing and why.
By the end of the camp, athletes will leave with a better understanding of how to train for speed and how to apply it to their sport.

Who This Camp Is For
This camp is for athletes in grades 5–12 who want to improve their speed and overall performance.
Whether an athlete is just starting or already competing at a high level, this camp will challenge them and help them improve.
Open to all sports, including football, baseball, basketball, soccer, lacrosse, track, and more.
