Service Description

Apex Strength Foundations is a strength training program designed specifically for middle school athletes (grades 6–8) who are ready to take the next step in their development. This class teaches proper lifting technique, core strength, mobility, and how to move safely under load. We focus on building strong habits early so athletes can perform better, stay healthy, and feel confident as they grow. Athletes will learn: Fundamental barbell and dumbbell patterns How to stabilize their core, hips, and shoulders Safe progressions for squatting, hinging, pushing, and pulling Mobility work to improve posture, movement quality, and injury resistance Strength training that supports speed, jumping, and overall performance This is not a “max out” class. It’s structured, technical, and age-appropriate strength development taught the right way. Apex Strength Foundations prepares young athletes for high school sports, higher-level performance training, and long-term athletic success.
