Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy All athletes and families must respect the Build Two Win facility, staff, and other participants. Training is by appointment only; walk-ins are not permitted. Build Two Win operates independently inside the Scholastic Talent building (23A Walker Way, Colonie, NY). While Build Two Win leases space, it remains solely responsible for training operations, safety, and policies. 2. Cleanliness & Hygiene Athletes must wear clean athletic gear for each session. Personal items (water bottles, towels, shoes, etc.) must be kept in designated areas. Equipment must be wiped down after use. Any injuries, illness, or contagious conditions must be reported prior to training. 3. Health & Safety Participation requires that each athlete has medical clearance to engage in physical training. Build Two Win is not responsible for injuries that occur during or after training. Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring minors are healthy enough to participate. Athletes must follow all Scholastic Talent building safety rules, including sign-in procedures. 4. Payments & Refunds Payment is due before or at the start of the training package/session. Missed sessions without 24-hour notice are non-refundable. Refunds are not offered once training has begun, except in cases of medical documentation. 5. All registrations are final. No refunds. If an athlete cannot attend, credit may be applied to a future Build Two Win program at Build Two Win Performance's discretion. 6. Facility Rules No food, gum, or sugary drinks allowed inside training areas. Only athletes, staff, and approved parents/guardians are permitted in training zones. Phones may not be used during active training. Families should note that Scholastic Talent may host other programs simultaneously; Build Two Win is not responsible for those programs. 7. Code of Conduct Athletes are expected to demonstrate respect, effort, and focus. Negative behavior (disrespect, foul language, unsafe actions) may result in dismissal without refund. Parents/guardians must model the same respect toward coaches and staff. 8. Liability Waiver By participating, athletes and parents/guardians acknowledge that sports performance training carries risk. Build Two Win Performance, its staff, and Scholastic Talent (as the facility host) are not liable for injury, loss, or damages incurred during participation. 9.
