110 Academy is a football skills training program focused on developing complete athletes. Training is centered on proper technique, football IQ, and position-specific development.

Athletes are coached to move with purpose, understand the details of their position, and build the habits that lead to success on the field. The goal is simple: help every athlete get better, more confident, and more prepared for real game situations.
 

Coach Hogan brings high-level playing and coaching experience to every session. As a former collegiate and professional running back, and a seasoned football coach, he knows what it takes to compete at every level. His approach emphasizes proper technique, toughness, and confidence — helping players get better reps, better results, and better preparation for game situations.
